How to measure your dog for a soft dog carrier
Before you order the Rio carrier for your dog, it’s important to take your dog’s correct measurements. The carrier needs to be large enough for your dog to be able to stretch out and roomy enough to allow for your dog to stand up and turn around readily.
For a safe and comfortable fit of your soft-sided dog carrier, measure your dog’s length from the base of their neck (where the collar sits) to the base of their tail (add about 5 cm) and their shoulder height from the top of their shoulders to the ground (add 5-8 cm). It’s also important to consider your dog’s weight to ensure it doesn’t surpass the 15 kg weight limit of the carrier bag,

Product Care
- The colour may fade if left for prolonged periods in direct sunlight
- Machine wash your dog carrier bag at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle. Before washing, ensure all zippers are closed and take out the removable bottom. Wash with like colours using no or mild detergents only
- Do not tumble dry. Iron at medium heat.
