1. Overview
Greenbark.eu is operated and owned by: Greenbark, registered in the Danish Central Business Register (CVR) with organisation number DK43358960.

These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods at Greenbark.eu for delivery in Denmark and within the EU.
2. Ordering
Greenbark.eu is open 24 hours a day and you can buy at almost any time. However, we may close the shop for maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.
You must be 18 years of age to shop at www.greenbark.eu. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have consent from your parents. An agreement may always be cancelled by a parent if it has been entered into by a child or young person under 18 years of age.
Acknowledgement of Order Receipt and Confirmation
When you order an item from us, you will receive a receipt by email to show your order has been received. However, you enter into a binding sales contract once you have received an ‘order confirmation and sales receipt’ email from us. Therefore, Greenbarkpets.com has the right to cancel your order in the event of technical problems, delivery failure, Fair use policy and other similar situations.
Cancellation of order
We reserve the right to cancel an order or a purchase without being liable for any damages or other costs, in one of the following situations:
- Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified.
- Your order has been submitted with the purpose of committing fraud etc. or submitted in connection with a criminal offense or other unlawful activity.
- An unintentional error has occurred on the webshop, e.g. a payment error, etc.
- We have reason to believe that you are under 18 years old.
- It is not possible to deliver the ordered product. You will be informed if such a situation arises and any payment or reservation made using a payment method will be returned / canceled.
3. Secure Payment
We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
When you make an order the amount will not be debited until the product is dispatched. If you have ordered several products and one of the items is on back order, we will only debit your card for this product once it is dispatched.
Security
Data security and fraud protection is of utmost importance to Greenbark. We use Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information in a secure host environment. This means that unauthorised persons cannot read your card number or other details during the payment transaction. In addition, in accordance with EU regulation, you will be asked to verify your online purchase through 3D Secure (sometimes named “Verified by VISA” or “MasterCard Secure” depending on your choice of issuer.) This process is handled by your bank so if you experience any issues verifying your payment, please contact your bank.
Payments with the digital wallets Google Pay ( Android users) and Apple Pay (Apple users) are also highly secure. They use a process called tokenization to save your card. Tokenization is a method of replacing the cardholder’s sensitive information with a unique identifier or token that cannot be mathematically reversed, so the data are passed through the payment gateway without the card details being exposed.
In other words, you can feel completely secure when shopping online on www.greenbark.eu.
4. Prices
The prices on Greenbark.eu are displayed and available for payment in the following currencies depending on where you are located: DKK (kr) and EUR (€).
Taxes and Duties
If you order from a country that is part of the European Union, prices include Danish VAT at 25%. For all countries outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once shipment reaches your destination country.
Payment of any duties is the responsibility of the recipient which are collected at the time of delivery.
These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Please contact your local carrier/customs office to verify customs rates.
Accuracy
The prices of the Products will be as quoted on our Website from time to time. We take reasonable care to ensure that the prices of Products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However, it is always possible that, despite our efforts, some of the Products on our Website may be incorrectly priced.
If we discover a mistake or error in the price of the Products you have ordered we will contact you to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Products at the correct price or cancelling your order. We do not have to provide the Products to you at a lower price where we have made an obvious pricing error. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat your order as cancelled.
The prices of the Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed by sending an Order Confirmation.
The prices of the Products do not include delivery charges. We will advise you of any delivery costs during the order process (see also “Shipping and Delivery”).

Shipping Rates
We offer free delivery within Denmark for orders over €80. Shipping rates vary by weight and country. Before placing an order, please check the shipping rates for the location you would like your order shipped to.You can calculate the estimate shipping costs for your order prior to checkout by using the shipping rates calculator on the cart page. Simply enter the shipping location into the shipping calculator and get instant prices. The table below provides a general overview of prices, carriers and estimated lead times.

* Note that these are guidelines only and start from the moment of dispatch from our company in Denmark. In some cases, to speed up the fulfillment process an order may be shipped from one of our international partner suppliers.
Shipping Timeframe
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Orders generally take 2-7 working days for delivery. For made-to-order or products not in regular stock please expect a delivery time of 7-10 days. This information will be available on the product page. In case of non-availability of products ordered or in case of failure to ship the product due to any reason, we will notify you after we have received your order. If you wish to cancel your order we can offer a full refund. Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation email/ SMS, along with tracking details are sent to the email address and phone number used when placing your order. Your goods will be delivered Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on the country in which the delivery takes place and the carrier used.Transport Liability
We assume liability for products that are damaged or lost before you have taken physical possession of them. If you return one or more products to us, you as the customer are responsible for the goods in transit. It is very important that you pack the products properly to avoid damage to the products or the original packaging. Never use the original packaging as outer packaging, as it may be damaged. 14-day Cancellation Period
We hope you’ll love your purchases as much as we do. However, should your selection not be quite as you expected, we are happy to offer a refund against your item(s). If so, contact us via email at info@greenbarkpets.com within 14 days from receipt of your order, letting us know that you would like to return all or part of your order: we will then send you details about how to return your item(s) to us. You will need to include your order number, name and address, and specify which part of your order you would like to return and your reason. The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person designated by you (however, not the carrier) has taken physical possession of the item(s). If you have ordered several items in one order and we are unable to dispatch all the goods at the same time, the cooling-off period will commence from when you or another person designated by you (however, not the carrier) takes physical possession of the last item. If the cooling-off period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, 5 June (Constitution Day), 24 December or 31 December, the deadline will be extended to the following weekday. After receipt you may only handle the items so as to establish their nature, characteristics and the way they operate. IMPORTANT: Please note, no returns will be processed without prior authorization. You must send us a return request within 14 calendar days of receiving the original order.Items Excluded from the Right To Cancel
Some products do not include a right to cancel, or you may lose your right to cancel. The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:- Personalised Goods or Goods made to your specification
- Any cleaning, grooming or medication products
- Dog treats or other dog food products intended for everyday consumption
- Any product made to order
- Sealed products that have had their seal broken
- Perishable goods
Refunds
We will credit your account once we have received and approved your return parcel. The purchase price of the received and approved return parcel will be refunded within 14 days. We will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs. However, this does not apply if you have purchased several items in one order and only cancel part of your purchase. In this case, we do not refund delivery costs. Please note that the return shipping charge is the customer’s responsibility and that the shipment must be traceable through a tracking code. Products cannot be returned cash on delivery (COD) or without postal delivery.Acceptable Return Condition
To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be in the same pristine condition as they were when you received them. Items may be tried but should not be used, worn, washed, damaged, altered or soiled by smell or stains in any way; and all original product packaging, tags, accessories and documents should be intact. We regret that if the items do not meet these conditions your order will be returned to you and the shipping costs charged to you. The original product packaging must not be used as outer postal packaging. You are responsible for the products until we receive them, including handling any claims of excessive wear or damage caused during transport to us. You should therefore also make sure that the product is properly packed with care when you return it. We also recommend you keep your track and trace number until the refund has been processed.Exchanges
Unfortunately, at this time, we don’t offer exchanges at greenbark.eu. If you wish to order another model, colour or size, please return the purchased item to us in accordance with our Return Policy (see above) and place a new order at greenbark.eu. We will refund your money for the first purchase as soon as we receive the parcel.7. Complaints & Warranty Procedure
If you purchase a product and it has a defect, for example faulty materials or a defect in manufacture, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) apply. You can complain about product defects within 24 months from the delivery date by contacting our Customer Care at info@greenbarkpets.com. Please state your order number when contacting us. If you can take a photo of the product, this may expedite the handling. Remember to enclose a copy of your receipt. You must notify us of the defect within a reasonable period of time and no later than two months after you have discovered the defect.
If the complaint is justified, and the defect cannot be remedied without returning the product, we will send you a return label by email so you can easily return the product to us.
Remember that the product must always be sent in proper packaging and that a post office receipt is required. Please keep the post office receipt, including information about freight charges and track and trace number.
When we have received the product, and if the complaint is approved, the product will be replaced with another product, or repaired, or the purchase price will be refunded to your account. We always reserve the right to remedy the defect.

Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate, there may occasionally be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.
No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
